Predator One (P Dubs)/Weatherman: Back From the Dead/Work Hunting (7" single (Jamaican Import))

This is a double A-side Jamaican single featuring two American-based artists. You get two hot tracks for the price of one! One side features our very own Predator of the Predator Dub Assassins, whose CD "The Hardest" we recently released on Stubborn Records. Predator does a wicked vocal track over the legendary Ethiopian King riddim. He's a truly gifted singer, and Back From the Dead is just as good as anything on his CD, so check it out.

The flip side features an old-school Jamaican dancehall DJ named Weather Man doing a cut on the Ethiopian Kings riddim. Weather Man was a DJ in Jamaica back in the day, with a single on the Jammy's label in the 1980's to his credit. He has lived in New Brunswick, NJ for many years now, but still works on local sound systems. He has worked with Django live before, and we were very pleased to finally get him in the studio for this hot track. His style is a cross between Nicodemus, U-Roy, and Toyan. It's a killer tune!
